The State’s Environmental Resource Permit program underwent a substantial change June 2024. Changes to the ERP program include grandfathering provisions, Operation and Maintenance plan and cost requirements, temporary erosion and sediment control, as well as water quality design and performance standards. This presentation will present an overview of the ERP requirement changes and how they affect current and future ERP applications for FDOT & FTE projects.
