The Greek philosopher Heraclitus said, “the only thing constant is change”. Keeping up with changes in the FDOT Project Development and Environment (PD&E) process and environmental permitting is critical to project success. This session will highlight changes at the federal and state level affecting National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) approvals, permitting, and other environmental components of transportation projects.
