Bing has worked for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) – District 4 for over 20 years. She began her career with a consultant company in Fort Worth, Texas. She worked for the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Dallas District for six years. She joined FDOT District 4 Consultant Management in 2004. The projects she managed include PD&E projects, Design/Build projects, and design projects. Bing obtained a BS in Physics in Wuhan University and an MS in Civil Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines & Technology.
