Bobby graduated from Florida State University in 1994 with a degree in Civil Engineering. He has been with FDOT for 6 years. During that time, he worked as the Project Management PM in Production Support and FDM Manager in the Roadway Design Office. He is currently the State Value Engineer. Bobby is a licensed Professional Engineer. Managing the Risk Assessment for Major Projects is one of his current duties.
