Brad was born and raised in West Palm Beach. He graduated from UF in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and received his master’s in engineering management from FIU in 2012. In 2009, he began his career as a Professional Engineer Trainee in District 6 where he worked in construction and design. In 2014 he moved north to District 4 Design and has been the Roadway Design Section 3 Leader since 2016. Brad has worked on a variety of design projects including several A1A projects in D4 and a D6 resiliency project on Alton Road.
