Goran Duvnjak, PE, ENV SP, is a Senior Project Manager at England-Thims & Miller, Inc. with 16 years of experience in transportation engineering, specializing in highway and railway design. His experience includes geometric design of highways and passenger rail systems, leadership on complex interstate and interchange projects, and the widening and reconstruction of facilities within the State Highway System. He also has expertise in alternative intersection design, such as Diverging Diamond Interchanges and single- and multi-lane roundabouts. In addition to his design work, Mr. Duvnjak provides critical engineering support for the eminent domain process, including preparing right-of-way sketches, analyzing property acquisitions and remainder impacts, and developing engineering-based cure strategies. He holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida and is a Smart Cities Certified Practitioner and Envision Sustainability Professional.
