John Scarlatos graduated from Florida Atlantic University in December 2000 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Over the past 24 years, he has managed and worked on dozens of FDOT Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Studies across the state in various Districts, including Districts 1, 3, 4, 5, and 6. These studies consisted of Type 1 Categorical (CE), Type 2 CE, Environmental Assessments, Non Major State Actions, and State Environmental Reports. While managing and providing technical support, John has served as a lead for public engagement and agency/stakeholder coordination to successfully deliver projects with public consensus.
