Justin Stroh serves as the District Four Freight Coordinator within the Office of Modal Development and is the primary point of contact for freight-related matters. His professional background spans state-level transportation planning, county-level sustainability initiatives, and private-sector operations management. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Florida State University, where he also completed a combined bachelor’s/master’s pathway program with a focus on Urban and Regional Planning. He is currently pursuing a Master of Urban and Regional Planning at Florida Atlantic University. Justin’s expertise includes developing and implementing strategies to enhance freight mobility, infrastructure, and operations across the region as part of an integrated multimodal transportation system. He plays a key role in supporting public-private collaboration and facilitating local, state, and federal investment decisions that benefit Florida’s communities and the broader supply chain.
