Kirk Bogen, P.E., began his career with FDOT as a drainage engineer in July 1987 for District 2 in Lake City. Subsequently he transferred to District 1 and eventually ended up in District 7 where he remains today. In October 1995, Kirk made a career change and accepted a position as a Project Manager in the Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Department. Kirk has served the District as the Project Development Engineer/Manager and currently serves as the District Environmental Management Engineer where he provides leadership and guidance for the development of all PD&E Studies and environmental support during the Design, Right-of-way and Construction phases of project development. Kirk has been a Professional Engineer in the Sate of Florida since 1992.
