Mariano servesFDOT’s District Four as Traffic Services Program Engineer. He brings over a decade of experience in Roadway Design, Project Management, and Traffic Operations at FDOT Central Office where he served as the State Traffic Studies Engineer. During this time Mariano led the rewrite of the TEM, spearheaded the latest revision of the Speed Zoning Manual, and contributed to the adoption of the MUTCD—all while supporting Emergency Management missions. Prior to joining FDOT, he spent five years in the private sector specializing in vertical construction, working on projects surpassing $100 million.
