Mike Zinn, Work Zone Program Manager, D7 Safety Office. Mike Zinn is the Work Zone Safety Manager for FDOT District Seven, where he has spearheaded innovative strategies to improve traffic safety and operational processes. He played a key role in developing the Enhanced Law Enforcement Engagement (ELEE) program and has contributed to advancing tools and strategies, such as 360-degree video reviews and geofencing, to support safer roadways across the region.
