Thomas Miller is a Traffic Specialist IV with the Florida Department of Transportation District IV’s Safety Section. He manages the District’s Safe Routes to School Program to help students walk or bike to school “safely” and works with local governments to identify, develop, and implement safety improvement projects as appropriate, based on reviews. He also manages multiple professional services contracts and utilizes consultants effectively. Thomas has undergraduate degrees in Architectural Technology and Communications.
